Muscle Position and Execution:
•Lying flat on the bench with your feet up
•Feet close together, knees bent
•Starting with arms in an extended position
•Pull bar towards your four head in a controlled
fashion
•Flex and pause at the bottom of each movement
Tips and Form:
•Always keep your head on the bench
•Keep a tight grip during the whole movement
•Do not roll your wrist towards your head at the bottom
of the movement
•At the bottom of each movement squeeze and
hold for 1-2 seconds |
